Native Lemongrass tea is a herbal infusion made from the dried leaves and stalks of the lemongrass plant. It is a popular beverage in many countries and is known for its refreshing taste and numerous health benefits. Lemongrass contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which help to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, aid digestion, and promote relaxation. It is also believed to have antibacterial and antifungal properties, which makes it beneficial for treating infections and maintaining healthy skin. Lemongrass tea can be enjoyed hot or cold and is often brewed with additional herbs or spices such as ginger or mint.

Tofu & Maar Lemongrass Curry


  • 1 block of firm tofu.
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  • 1 onion, chopped.
  • 1 red pepper, chopped.
  • 1 tablesppon Ancient Purity Maar Lemongrass.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander.
  • 2 tablespoons Ancient Purity Black Seed Oil.
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
  • Ancient Purity Celtic Sea Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped.


  • Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  • Cut it into cubes and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat the Black Seed Oil over medium-high heat and fry the tofu for a few minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the garlic, onion, and red pepper and fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
  • Add the dried Maarr Lemongrass, cumin, and coriander and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Pour in the can of coconut milk, soy sauce, and brown sugar and stir to combine.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the tofu back into the pan.
  • Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
