Soursop Powder Lowdown

Many people believe that Soursop or Graviola tea made from Soursop fruit and leaves, can treat, prevent, and even cure that severe health issue we all know. Preliminary research suggests that Soursop has both chemo-preventative and therapeutic potential, but more research is needed.

Soursop Fruit Honey Tea

Ingredients

1.5 tablespoon of Ancient Purity Soursop (Graviola) Powder.
4 black tea bags
3 Lemons (Juiced.) or 3 teaspoons of Ancient Purity Desert Lime Powder.
3 tablespoons of Honey.

TIP: If the Soursop Tea is ready to drink. Drink 3 times daily, in the morning, afternoon and in the night.

Preparation

Boil 1 litre filtered water.
Take 3 teaspoons of Ancient Purity Soursop (Graviola) Powder and put into the boiling water.
Don't close the vessel and continue to boil the water on low heat for 30 minutes until the water evaporates to 500 ml.
(optional) Filter Soursop Tea hot warm or cool.
(opional) Add ½ spoon of lime juice, 2 pudina leafs and add some Honey (not sugar!).

Graviola Pineapple Smoothie:

Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon Soursop fruit powder
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
Pour into a glass
Enjoy!
