Materials needed: 10 dried Soursop Leaves and 1 litre clean water.
Note: The leaves are shredded to make extraction of the medicinal contents easier and more complete.

Procedure:

  • 1) Boil filtered water in a sauce pan.
  • 2) As soon as it boils, add the shredded Soursop Leaves and turn down the heat.
  • 3) Simmer the leaves for at least 20-30 minutes. Turn off the stove.

Preparation

• Place a small pot on the stove on medium heat.

• Add the filtered water and bring to a boil.

• Wash the Soursop Leaves to remove any dust from them.
