Allergies, Breathing, Respiratory

Allergies occur when our immune systems reacts to foreign substances, such as pet dander, pollen, or bee venom or a certain food that does not cause a reaction in most persons. Our immune systems produce substances known as antibodies. Antibodies are our immune systems’ way of protecting us from allergens, and toxins. Breathing is the most pivotal method our bodies regulate our nervous systems and thusly, our overall health. If you watch toddlers and infants breathe, they breathe in their bellies and via their noses only. That’s because they’ve not been overtaken by life’s daily stresses that commence as soon as children enter school age. Our respiratory systems are responsible for getting oxygen and dispose of carbon dioxide and helping in speech production and in sensing odours.

“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” - Amit Ray, Om Chanting and Meditation
