Bio-Gum Tooth Powder...A powerful organic oral health solution comprising of Oak Bark, Comfrey Root, Horsetail, Peppermint and Cloves. We make Bio-Gum Tooth Powder at Ancient Purity following traditional herbal knowledge. Then it was inspired by the late Dr John Christopher, the world-renowned herbalist, who has developed a tooth powder that produces amazing results. The ingredients in this highly-effective tooth powder have been used since the 1960s. This ancient formula is used to help strengthen the gums and assist in tightening loose teeth. It is easy to use you simply wet your brush, shake off excess water and dip it in the powder, covering the brush with a thin layer of powder, brush with vertical movements. For severe cases you would place the powder between the lips and gums (upper and lower) around entire tooth area and leave on all night, 6 nights a week (as well as brushing regularly) until improvement is evident. Then continue on with regular tooth brushing with this herbal combination. This type Gum / Tooth powder will brighten the teeth’s lustre and make for a healthier mouth. If your gums are in need of extra repair, we recommed adding in the Coconut Oil Pulling, practicing this daily. Oil Pulling has many other health benefits. Drinking Green Tea also supports gum health, it has Catechins, an antioxidant shown to stop periodontal issues. Catechins strengthen tooth and gum connection. Catechins anti-inflammatory properties can reduce gum swelling (linked with oral issues). Our Mouth & Gum Oil is a purely essential oil's all multiply supportive, but not for daily use like Bio-Gum. Bicarbonate of Soda is an effective addition that alkalises your mouth and gums supporting your Overall Wellbeing. Our Bio-Gum Herbal Blend is stored in Miron Glass to ensure the freshness of the ground Herbs.

A: Yes, based on safety assessment by external laboratory Super Active Cosmetics Ltd (on behalf of the manufacturer).

Q: I'm only familiar with the regular toothpaste. Can you please tell me something about the history of tooth Powder?
A: The earliest form of toothpaste was actually a powder used by the ancient Egyptians as far back as 5000 BC. This powder consisted of crushed eggshells, pumice, ash, and myrrh. The Egyptians most likely used their fingers to scrub their teeth with this powder, helping to clean the teeth and freshen the breath.

Q: What is better, Tooth Powder or toothpaste?
A: Toothpaste often contains thickeners and humectants, which keep them consistently moist and smooth. Tooth Powders are meant to be dry, so they don't contain humectants. Depending on the brand, some Tooth Powders also contain charcoal, clay, herbs, or other natural ingredients to promote whitening.
