Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium Husk.
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other plant milk of your choice).
  • 1 ripe banana.
  • 1 cup frozen blue berries.
  • 1 tablespoon Longan Honey (Available @AncientPurity).
  • 1 tablespoon Styrian Pumpkin Seeds (Available @AncientPurity).
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavour).

Preparation:

  • In a blender, add the Psyllium Husk and almond milk.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the Psyllium Husk to absorb the liquid.
