Ingredients

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation

Place the mixed berries, spinach leaves, almond milk, plain yogurt, almond butter, Levagen®+ (PEA) Liposomal, and chia seeds, if using, into a blender
Blend until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
