Q: Why are Chlorella & Spirulina beneficial, what do they do?
A: Chlorella & Spirulina are rich in vital minerals and nutrients and have a lot of health benefits. These microalgae have been studied for their ability to help with preventing heart issues, maintaining healthy blood sugar and blood pressure levels, as well as detoxifying the body from heavy metals.

Q: Why is it needed for Chlorella to undergo broken cell wall process?
A: Chlorella has a very strong and thick cell wall. When the cell wall is not cracked, it’s very hard to be digested. Q: I’m taking your Chlorella/Spirulina powder for two weeks now. I noticed that the colour of my faeces is green, is this OK?
A: Both Chlorella and Spirulina contain high amounts of chlorophyll, and these will make the colour of your faeces greenish, no worries as this is a normal reaction.

Q: For how long I have to take Spirulina & Chlorella to improve my body shape?
A: This may vary as everyone's body condition is different. Because the body's physiological period is 3 months, we recommend continuous usage of up to 3 months for maximum effect.

• Take 1-8g daily in filtered water, juice or smoothie. Or take it as directed by your healthcare practitioner, Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
• Start low and build up as desired, a typical amount is 3-4g.
• It is best for everyone to start with a small dose, like 500mg, and consecutively work your way up, to your desired dosage.
• You can move up in increments of 500mg daily, each day or every few days, so your body can adapt.
• Abruptly taking high doses of Spirulina or Chlorella can result in various digestive difficulties, such as indigestion, nausea, cramps, diarrhoea and foul smelling gas.
• Most persons will tolerate these substances well, if the body is given a chance to adapt.
• If any unpleasant symptoms arise, lower the dose. If any allergic or serious symptoms arise discontinue use.
