Organic Coffee Enemas

Organic coffee Enemas help detoxify your liver. Please note, however, that conventional coffee should NOT be used for Enemas. The coffee MUST be organic naturally caffeinated coffee, and if you were to do this at home, you'd also want to use unbleached filters to avoid introducing toxins into your colon. Coffee Enemas are used to help your liver and kidneys to mobilise and eliminate dead cancer cells that have been broken down by the pancreatic enzymes. Coffee Enemas were actually used as part of conventional medicine all the way up to the 1960s and were included in the Merck Manual, which was a handbook for conventional medical treatments into the 1970s.

"They fell out of favour not because they didn't work, but because the drug industry took over medicine," Dr Gonzalez. When you drink coffee, it tends to suppress your liver function, but when taken rectally as an Enema, the caffeine stimulates nerves in your lower bowels, which causes your liver to release toxins as a reflex. It's important to realise, however, that conventional coffee should NOT be used for Enemas. The coffee MUST be organic, naturally caffeinated coffee, and if you want to do this at home, you'd also want to use non-bleached filters to avoid introducing toxins into your colon. But you have to use organic coffee, it has to have caffeine, and you have to use a coffee maker that doesn't have aluminium, and preferably no plastic.

An Internal Bath

An Enema, when performed correctly, cleans up the colon and induces bowel movements, leaving you feeling cleaner, lighter, and healthier almost immediately. It is a quick way to boost your state if you are feeling off. The main job of the colon is to absorb water and nutrients from food and remove waste and toxins. Over the years, the colon walls can become encrusted with non-eliminated waste, making it sluggish and inefficient.

If you are currently suffering from any of the symptoms listed above or we'd rather hope are... wanting to boost your Longevity and feel amazing, then we recommend you perform Enemas, from anything to daily, weekly or monthly and beyond. Enemas when done correctly are actually comfortable and relaxing. With this kit and the instructions provided an Enema is actually easy to do and a healing and nurturing experience. You may have a feeling of being lighter afterwards, be more energised or just simply feel clear and focused. It's also worth considering a Fast whilst doing a colon cleanse. If you'd like to go beyond the great instructions we have provided and find out about other ways to cleanse your colon, we highly recommend reading the book Dr Jensen’s "Guide to Better Bowel Care"

Cleansing Style Enemas

Some choices for Cleansing Enemas include...

  • Apple Cider Vinegar (Diluted in Water)
  • Saltwater (Celtic Sea Salt only)
  • Chaga or Burdock Root Tea.
  • Even Lemon Juice Enemas have interesting results and then there's the old favourite... Water.

Clean Water Enemas are cleansing because they are not to be held in the body for long. One simply fills up the colon then waits for the natural urge to release.

The best course of action is to use the enema once a day, and around the same time every day, as directed by a doctor.

This not only reduces side effects, but will also help to train your body to release waste regularly. If constipation continues for more than a few days, call your health care practitioner.

Retention Style Enemas

Retention Enemas are when the liquid used in the Enema is held in the body for longer. The coffee Enema, popularised in Gerson Therapy, is a classic Retention Enema, this is because when held internally, the caffeine stimulates the opening of the bile duct so toxins can be released from the liver.

Suzy Cohen, also known as “America’s Pharmacist,” declares that coffee Enemas are safe when performed by holistic physicians and even at home. Cohen goes on to say that coffee Enemas can be used as a therapeutic treatment for a number of conditions, like constipation, fatigue, liver detoxification, and even cancer. Research has confirmed the effectiveness of administering therapeutic agents through the colon instead of the mouth.

Some choices for Cleansing Enemas include...

  • Coffee / Urine / Probiotics / Chlorophyll / Wheatgrass / Fulvic Acid minerals.

An Enema is a Natural Solution

Organic coffee Enemas help detoxify your liver. Please note, however, that conventional coffee should NOT be used for Enemas. Enema Kit… Closing Thoughts

An Enema involves instilling liquid into the colon—or large intestine. The liquid flows through a nozzle you insert through the anus. There are two basic types of enemas—diagnostic and therapeutic. Diagnostic enemas help doctors screen and diagnose conditions of the colon and rectum. Therapeutic enemas treat certain diseases, disorders and conditions affecting the large intestine and rectum. Here’s a look at common enema uses and Enema benefits. One of the main reasons for Enema treatment is to relieve constipation.

Generally, doctors recommend other treatments, such as stool softeners or suppositories, first. But for very hard or dry stool that doesn’t pass with other approaches, Enemas are beneficial. Frequent use of laxative Enemas might cause difficulties, such as dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. So, talk with your doctor about using an Enema for constipation. Enemas can be useful for treating inflammatory bowel disease—or IBD. IBD includes ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease. The colon is the site of inflammation in UC and it can sometimes be in Crohn’s as well. The goal of using enemas in IBD is to treat inflammation locally inside the colon. The main type of enema for treating IBD is mesalamine (Rowasa).

NOTE: Don't use enemas to treat on-going constipation. That can introduce harmful bacteria into the intestines. If you have hard fecel stones, the sudden outward rush of fluid and fecal matter can cause rectal tears.
