Chaga Wild Mushrooms Soup

Ingredients

500 grams wild mushrooms.
2 tablespoons Ancient Purity Virgin Coconut Oil.
1 onion – chopped.
1 large carrot – sliced.
2 - 3 cloves chopped garlic.
4 cups filtered water with 30 drops of Chaga Tincture.
Sprig of Fresh Thyme.
½ teaspoon Ancient Purity Celtic Sea Salt.

Preparation

Melt the Coconut Oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms.
Season with the thyme, Celtic Sea Salt and some pepper. If you want to be adventurous! You can also use Ancient Purity Mountain Pepper Leaf.
Add the carrot, garlic and onion - cook until fragrant
Add in filtered water with Chaga Tincture drops, bring to the boil then simmer for about 15 minutes.
Let the soup cool then blend up to half of the mixture.
Mix together, reheat and prepare to have your socks blown off!

Ingredients

¾ cup filtered boiling water.
0.5ml Chaga Tincture.
¼ cup coconut milk.
1 teaspoon Ancient Purity Raw Cacao Powder.
1 scant teaspoon Raw Tropical Forest Honey (Available @AncientPurity)

Preparation

Leave Chaga Tincture in boiling water for a few minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds.
