You're an infinite limitless human being, you're strong and healthy. When you want to go fully into Health, Longevity and Ascension then balance every pillar. You can live a good life even if you skip or miss one these Pillars, it's ok, also sometimes you won't be able to do them all. Relax be happy, have fun and in your own way take care of all these essentials. If you have spent the 1st hundred years of your life not taking care of them, forgive yourself and start today. Water
Drink Clean, Living, Water, you must purify your water and avoid plastic bottled water. Once you have purified water, I highly recommend bringing the life-force back into by using Sacred Geometry or vortex it. That can be via stirring even, blessing and giving your water positive affirmations help. There are many different types of water filtration systems available, I haven't since 2008 ever reach a conclusion on what is the best system. You could go down that rabbit hole and I'll see you down here. My advice is get some form of filter that you have trust and faith in. Pick what feels right for you. How much water to drink is also an endless debate, follow your intuition, try more, try less, follow first and fast on it. Become the master of your health, there is only one you. Drink pure water daily.
Sunshine
The Sun is life, healing, enhancing, it is feeding us. Hospital patients nearest to windows, recover faster. A study by Roger Ulrich in 1984 (of course that year right) found that post-surgical patients with a window and view of trees had shorter hospital stays, fewer negative nurses’ notes and lower use of pain medication... They got out quicker. The body was designed to rise with it, absorb it, and thrive in rhythm with its cycle. When skin meets the sun, it sparks magic, I rate sunlight as the greatest medicine on earth. Better than any meal, any supplement and any prayer. The sun gives life, it's the beginning, many claim to live without food and water, just light and breath, maybe it's true. Letting the light on you will be the strongest pillar of your health. The Sun, the one, the power.
Food
Food is our foundation... Eat a whole food, organic diet, avoiding anything processed, avoid excess sugar. Eat moderately, avoiding over eating and eating too regularly. Food is the foundation of health, what we eat and what we think makes us. Eat seasonally and thoughtfully. It is always a good practice to pray before eating and bless your food. Also if you sniff what you are about to eat it will get your body more ready for those specific foods. Many years ago I decided to never debate once again what the right diet is for humans or an individual. This is your journey, I'm on mine and I'll always tell you about it. You will feel what is right for you, some advice you ask for may be good and some bad, you will choose and feel what is right for you. Take each meal as it comes and choose health.
Sleep
You can completely change your health by making sure you get deep quality sleep. If you already are... Amazing, balance the the pillars. Sleep is repair, its spiritual restoration, it's a chance to clear the deck. Sleep is the stillness where the body balances hormones, processes emotions, and clears your mind. Real rest builds immunity, gives you focus in the day, and lights up longevity. It's your sanctuary, make your bedroom your special, sacred space. Take as much electrical stuff out, try to use the bed for only sleep and sex, not a place to hang out. If you only have a room to live in make sure you show your body you are not in sleep mode when on it, change outfits for sleep or be naked. Awaken at the same time daily and falling asleep will take care of itself. Naps are fine if you need them, it's your rules.
Spirituality
I'm a Christian, I don't visit church often, I don't even understand a lot of it and I'm ok with that. It's bigger than us, all the signs of the zodiac, Chinese or Western I feel have influence, a way of reading what was created. I believe the Buddha attained something. I had experiences in my life that I could never put in words or explain but the feelings... I know there is a higher power above us. We go on and on, there is life after the one we live here. Many people have some understanding of it but no one has a total clear explanation and once we have long, healthy happy lives we will eventually embark on what I expect to be an even more amazing journey. Be good to others, choose kindness, have faith in something much bigger than you and us. Take time out of life to connect with God.
Love
Human connection, male and female romantic love, family, friends, are what make this existence on earth matter, ultimately it's about the people in your life and your connection to God. Love is the invisible force that transforms survival into thriving. We can survive alone, but we thrive in happy, romantic relationships, family and friendships. If they're not around, see friends, if you don't have friends, family or a partner dedicate time and energy to bring them into your life. A dog or cat, even plants. But as I'll say in the book in more depth, you're perfect as you are and in whatever situation you are in. Ultimately we ascend into a state of being that is perfect and spend more time in this place. You may not know it, but you are loved. You've always got friends here at Ancient Purity too, I mean it.
Nature
Nature brings us home, you no longer need to be entertained or distracted or pleasured. You're in true beauty, perfection, the warm progress under the stars, where everything and nothing is happening. Time is irrelevant here, imagine the earth with no humans, just for the feeling. the peaceful sounds, timeless, darkness to light. You can still experience all this in nature... Journey into it. Practice grounding or earthing, walk barefoot on grass, soil or sand. Connect, heal or enhance health. Sit in sunlight, breathe forest air, or let it rain onto you. Listen to the sounds, watch and be in the moment. Go camping, visit caves, if you're not used to being out of the city, make a slow transition. Increase your reps in nature gradually. Share experiences or feel perfect solitude in nature.
Mindfulness
Awareness to the present moment, to the body, to others. Use your mind and give it moments to rest, practice letting the mind be still. With awareness and consciousness raising life becomes limitless, time slows down, actually it becomes apparent it's not real. We find balance in our hearts and bones. I highly recommend the teachings of Jesus Christ and wise person who's apt in the teachings of the bible to guide you. Also easily accessible is the work of Eckart Tolle. The teachings of David Hawkins are easy to understand. But you'll find what resonates with you, seek and you shall find. You will find ways to respond to life not to react and never beat yourself or others up for their inability to be like that always. Practice, get better, fall back worse than before and then improve again, it's all ok.
Air
Air quality is vital, we must limit exposure to polluted air, typically big cities. Oxygen will fuel the fire of life, the quality of air will determine how well that fire burns.Good air Quality makes the lungs, blood, and brain to function at their highest capacity, sleep deepens and immunity enhances. Breath consciously and seek fresh air. If you live in a city take time out into nature and consider a Negative Air Ioniser at home. Spending a week in Dubai once made me 100% sure that the air we breath is a Pillar of Health, I spent that week feeling I had car sickness. Being in nature and working at Ancient Purity surrounded by the lakes and trees, made me sensitive to pollution. I don't buy climate change but air gets dirty, pollution is real and that's what we need to change in this world.
Movement
Sprint, Cycle, Run, Walk, hit the gym. Whatever suits you, do it and do it more. Every step, stretch, and flow pumps life through the blood, strengthens muscles and bones, and clears the mind. Start to get yourself a personal routine, do it yourself, not a personal trainer, you have to take the lead on this. Choose the stairs not the escalators, not the elevator. Walk when you could drive, choose movement. Get up more often, dedicate parts of each day to getting real therapeutic movement. The supplements and food is great but movement will make it all work synergistically. Dance, sing, climb trees, the world is yours, use it, enjoy it. Yoga is right for some, martial arts for others. Maybe for you it's just taking a run up and down the stairs. You are flexible, strong and healthy with movement.
Supplements
Right now you must use supplements. You can live on food, but unless you have your own island, with rich soils, filled with trees and food growing and the ability to raise animals without antibiotics, you won't thrive into ultimate health and longevity. The soils are not as rich as they were, the animals are fed on antibiotics, the shocking thing I learned was the huge fraud of the fishing industry. They say most seafood even in reputable supermarkets is not what is claiming to be. The industry has lost control. Of course organic labelled is best, I don't know how much we can trust it but it's better. Then factor in the transport, how far did your food travel before it got to you. What did it travel in? Don't go into doom and gloom, do your best with food and take supplements, ordinary is not enough for you.
Giving
The people I knew with the most problems were always the most self obsessed. Generally only talked about themselves and shut off when other people talked. It was so obvious if they could just shift a little onto others then everything would get better for them. When we step beyond our own needs and contribute to the wellbeing of others, something profound shifts inside us. Giving and caring for others makes us well, it take us away from ourselves, makes us present. You're not doing it for all this though, just give, be of service, to your brothers and sisters and to your country. If you have changed country give to the country that is giving you a house and a living. True vitality does not come only from what we take in but from what we give out. Give to Live.
Detox
Unless you live on a mystical island with your days spent picking fruit, hunting wild animals, breathing in by the waterfall and drinking from the natural spring you will need to detox. It is now a fact of life. If you are anywhere in or near a city, road, eat anything from a restaurant or supermarket etc you have to detox. Even if you touched certain things or used the hand soap somewhere or washed your hair with your friends supermarket shampoo. Oh then there is mould... Don't go crazy trying to avoid things, we can't. Limit exposure to toxins and make sure you detox regularly. This can be done via fasting, taking detoxifying supplements and binders. In my years of natural health research and service I could actually say it's more important what we don't take in than what we put in.
Freedom
We must have Freedom, with common sense and decency, be respectful to people but be able to question authorities, laws, medical establishment and dogma. We must have freedom for our own body and mind. Freedom to tell the truth, freedom to travel with respect to other cultures. The natural health industry is under constant attack, I believe we are changing as of writing RFK is in charge of health in the USA. Hopefully he sticks around and we discover more things. If you are currently left leaning and think this all sounds right wing. It's just common sense and compassion. Choose good, find out who's funding the media and propaganda. Research where your own beliefs came from, I did way back in 2003. I'm still learning unsettling truths. But I know which guys are on the side of good.
