As part of a personal research protocol or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Some health researchers suggested taking every other day, others have taken daily. Topically it would be safe to suggest daily application is ok.

Topically: Apply topically for skin, the amount depends on your reason for using.
Internally: Take 2.5ml - 10ml ½ - 2 teaspoon.

NOTE: It seems best to take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before eating.
