Q: Tell me about the quality of this?
A: Organic Extra Virgin is the highest grade of Olive Oil and the fresh juice of the olive. It is a natural Olive Oil that has a free acidity, expressed as free oleic acid, of no more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams and no sensory defects. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed at the family farm. Each year, their harvest grows. Despite all the recent Olive Oil fraud coming to light, you can rest assured that, the Olive Oil supplied by Ancient Purity is 100% Authentic, 100% Organic and 100% Extra Virgin!
Q - Is your Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic?
A - It is Organic at Source, we are not registered and do not plan to be registered organic. Quality is not always tied to the label "Organic Olive Oil." While we and the food producers we choose to work with adhere to organic practices, the certification process can be expensive, and certain non-organic inputs are economically unfeasible for many producers. The crucial point is that our Olive Oil undergoes testing, producing results that mirror those of an organic option, with no detectable traces.
Q - Has TPA (Taste Panel Assessment) been made on this EVOO?
A - Yes , it was rated on a scale of 1-10...
It had no taste defects. These results are matching to that of the correct and authentic make up of Olive Oil taste. It should be this way.

Q - Is your EVOO batch tested?
A - Yes each batch has a food safety test and anaylsis. Insecticides / Herbicides / Fungicides and Roundup are all not detected.
Q - Are there any issues with Oxidation and storage?
A - We bottle our EVOO all in one go and do not leave it to bottle later. So it is sealed from the moment it is opened to be bottled. We also only sell it in small bottles. This is because a large bottle opened often will oxidise and if you purchase a litre bottle the last 3rd is possibly oxidised and not as effective. We also store in Miron Glass Bottles, this is not for show, even it does look cool. But it is for function, to enhance and ensure the freshness and efficacy of the EVOO.
