Simply add some Natural Shower Gel or rub in your natrual soap and gently rub it onto your body.
We recommend to use the sponge twice a week for those with normal or oily skin, but it should not be used on sensitive, damaged, or irritated skin or by children.

The Sisal Sponge

Rinse thoroughly after each use and allow it to dry in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid leaving soap residue in the sponge as it can compromise its quality.
The sponge shouldn't be washed in a washing machine—instead, soak it in lukewarm water with a spoon of Bicarbonate of Soda for a couple of hours, rinse it well, and let it dry. This method will make the sponge good as new and disinfected.
