Blue "Grandmother" Sage (USA) Feng Shui Clearing / Cooling / Kills Bacteria
Weight1 Stick (22.5cm)

Ancient Purity Presents Blue Sage Incesne / Smudge Stick / Wand. Blue Sage also known as Grandmother Sage Created from the Artemisia tridentata plant. It can cleanse certain spaces from negative energies. Some people call it 'ear opener' due to this purifying herb opening up our inner ears, allowing us to become connected spiritually with our planet’s sacredness. It can be used prior to meditations, ceremonies, prayers, yoga sessions or any time you want to clear your aura. Blue Sage can also be used to cleanse your home and it is frequently burned in Feng Shui for clearing spaces. It can be burned directly from the end, or break off pieces to burn in a container. When smudging, it is important trying to feel connected with a power higher than yourself. You can say your prayers while using the palm of your hand or a feather brushing the clearing smoke over you. Blue Sage Smudging provides spiritual strength and sometimes it is also used during exorcism rituals removing the malevolent spirits. Blue Sage provides a soothing fragrance and "cool" nature, and is useful in rituals for abundance and healing. Blue Sage tends to be unwinding and less overwhelming than white sage in tiny spaces, it is also a great choice for cleansing and preparing spaces prior to meditation sessions. Scientific research has even shown that 94% of the bacteria in the room have been broken down after burning this herb. We love this at Ancient Purity and I also use it to purify air in my house. Experience it.

  • Blue Sage.
  • Produced to ecological standards, free from agro-chemicals, non-irradiated and GMO-free.
  • Once you're ready to light your Blue Sage, grab the stick as far from the end you are burning as possible. Hold the Blue Sage Wand at a 45-degree angle, light the sage, let it burn for about 20 seconds and then gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. Then you can start the process of clearing your space.
  • Clients sometimes complain that they can’t get their Blue Sage to stay lit. If the sage bundle was packed too tight when made, then the oxygen can't get in properly and the Blue Sage won't stay lit. Loosen the ribbon around the Blue Sage and take the tip you are lighting and smash it on to a surface to give it a little breathing room. This helps to keep your Blue Sage smoking. If you also start to see the glow of the embers fading you can gently blow on the end that is lit up and remember to do this gently, otherwise you can ashes flying onto your outfit or carpet.
