Red Deer & Elk Jerky
Wild Game meat Supercharged Nutrition that enhances rejuvenation and regeneration while strengthening the body, allowing your body to thrive under any circumstance. Renjer is only produced of high quality game meat from Northern Europe, which means that the eco-footprint is 10X less than typical beef jerky. Moreover, the species-appropriate life of wild animals is a clear signal against mass-produced meat. This wild meat is packed with healthy nutrients due to the natural diet of the wild animals. Game jerky is high in protein, with very low fat and carbohydrate content. Each one of the Jerky's is handsliced and carefully dried to guarantee the maximum taste experience. Only whole meat bits are used to keep the wild taste of the meats and they are seasoning only slightly, but we really have to say again the Chili and Lime is SPICY!. The meat is sourced from the most appreciated herders and hunters, we tried a lot of Elk and Deer Jerky's and this is the best.
To ensure the highest quality, the Deer meat is source the far North of Sweden, where nature is still pristine and animals roam freely in the vast wilderness of Lapland. This pure wilderness can be tasted in every bite of the delicious and slightly smoked snack. The Elk has been and always will be the king of the Northern forests. The traditional Nordic Elk Jerky comes from the world’s biggest deer species, the large European Elk with its huge, broad antlers, known as Moose in North America. The Elk meat that is used in the Jerky is sourced from the Scandinavian and Baltic forests and is 100% wild game meat from sustainable hunting, no farming, no mass production, no pollution.
Wild, Clean & Sustainable
The game meat used in the Jerky has a much lower carbon footprint than mass produced meats. Reindeer meat has a CO² footprint of only 1.5kg/kg of meat while beef has 13.2kg of CO² per kg of meat. This means that consuming wild meat such as reindeer is an environmentally friendly food option. The production facility is IFS Food certified and therefore fulfills the highest food safety standards.
