Vegan Heaven (Pomegranate Seeds)

Ingredients Sweet Couscous

• 1 cup couscous.

• 1.5 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk).

• 1 teaspoon agave.

• ½ teaspoon cinnamon.

• 2 plums (cut into pieces) or use Ancient Purity Quandong Peach Halves.

• 1 tablespoon filtered water.

• 1 teaspoon agave.

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

• 1 apple (cut into slices).

• ½ cup Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds.

• 1 kiwi (cut into slices).

• 2 tablespoons almond butter.

• ¼ cup almonds.

• 2 tablespoons coconut flakes.

• cinnamon (more to sprinkle).

Ingredients Fruit Topping

• 2 plums, cut into pieces.

• 1 tablespoon filtered water.

• 1 teaspoon agave.

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

• 1 apple, cut into slices.

• ½ cup Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds.

• 1 kiwi, cut into slices.

• 2 tablespoons almond butter.

• ¼ cup almonds.

• 2 tablespoons coconut flakes.

• more cinnamon, to sprinkle.


• In a medium pot, combine the almond milk with the cinnamon and the agave and bring it to a boil.

• Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the couscous. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

• In the meantime, prepare the cinnamon plums.

• In a small pot combine the plums, the cinnamon, the water, and the agave and cook for about 5 minutes.

• Once the couscous is ready, fill it into bowls and serve with the almonds, the fruits, and the almond butter.

• Sprinkle with coconut flakes and some more cinnamon.

Pomegranate Seed Dark Chocolate Bark

When you make something like this, and you melt chocolate, be sure to use a High-Quality Dark Chocolate and with a minimum of 70% cacao. This way, the treat is healthier and you get all the benefits from it. For this treat we will need only 2 ingredients!


• Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds.

• 200 g of Dark Chocolate chips.


• Melt the Dark Chocolate in a microwave or on bain-marie until it’s fully melted. If you melt it in a microwave, take the bowl out every 30 seconds to stir. Let the chocolate cool for 5 minutes.

• Line a parchment paper on a cutting board and carefully pour the chocolate. With a rubber spatula, spread it in an even layer on the paper. But don’t spread it too thin. And don’t worry to be perfect. That’s the beauty of this kind of recipes. You just go with the flow and something really pretty but imperfect comes out.

• When you spread the chocolate, sprinkle a lot of Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds on top. With your hand, push the seeds a little bit into the chocolate.

• Add the cutting board with the chocolate bark in the freezer to set. Leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When hardened, break into pieces.

• Don’t worry about how they look. They will taste delicious either way.

• Put the chocolate pieces in a Glass Energy Bowl and keep them in the fridge or freezer for your future cravings.

Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie (Pomegranate Seeds)


• Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds.

• 240 grams blueberries.

• 120 grams Greek yogurt.

• 60 ml Pomegranate juice.

• Ancient Purity Dried Pomegranate Seeds for garnishing.


• Cut Pomegranate in half and deseed.

• Add Ancient Purity Pomegranate Seeds, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and Pomegranate juice to blender.

• Blend on high speed for approximately 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
